Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
- I value the time of others and I know that my clientele does as well. Rescheduling or canceling your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled service(s) is a courtesy that I greatly appreciate. I realize that unexpected things can happen to us all, but in order for me to continue giving the quality of care you are accustomed to, everyone's time must be considered. If sufficient notice of 24 hours has not been given, you will be responsible for 50% of your original service, due within 3 business days of your missed appointment.
Please Arrive On Time
- I ask that each client arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are a new client, I encourage you to fill out needed paperwork in advance using the downloadable files on the website. Otherwise I ask that all new clients arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment. Arriving late for your appointment may reflect in your actual service time.
- All client information is strictly kept confidential and no disclosure of client information or records of client will be shared without expressed written request of client and/or ordered by a court of law.
Referral To Other Healthcare Professionals
- I will work closely with any healthcare professional to better accommodate each client, as well as refer clients to the correct healthcare professional needed.
